Q. I recently inherited a J.C. Higgins Model 20, 12-gauge shotgun from my grandfather. Do you have any information on this gun?

A. Our best resource for information on old products is the general merchandise catalog. The Model 20 gun first appeared in the fall 1948 Chicago edition catalog and last appeared in 1962.
